Thank you for your interest in The Sovereign Point subdivision.  The subdivision development is now complete.  Lot pricing is available for your review on the website at www.agapebuilders.net. Agape Builders’ lot purchase agreements will be provided to purchasers for review after their specific lot request is received.  

The Covenants and Restrictions have been posted on the agapebuilders.net website. An Architectural Control Committee will ensure compliance with requirements covered by the Covenants and Restrictions relative to any construction.

A Homeowners Association, “HOA”, is required by the City of Huntsville to provide private subdivision funding for the maintenance of the two-detention pond common areas.  The City of Huntsville has a policy that they will not fund this city required maintenance.  It is estimated that there will be minimal yearly maintenance costs.

Tract B, accessed off Bellewood Drive, lies between existing parcels currently zoned Residence R-2B.  The same zoning will be requested for Tract B as part of the subdivision approval process. Tract B will not be listed for sale until after final zoning approval from City of Huntsville.
